The Puppeteer

Dear Investors,

Volatility

In the coming trading session markets are likely to witness volatility, as RBI will announce the mid term monetary policy. Markets are reeling under the threat of RBI tightening the rates, liquidity in an attempt to keep inflation in control. Interest sensitive sectors like Banking, Reality and Auto have been underperformers.

I expect a great volatility tomorrow due to Thursday being last day of the week (Friday Is Holiday to markets). So the combination of all these factors will keep Bears and Bulls in tight corner and the only RAT in the cage will be worried Investor, So do no adventures, wait and watch. All the positions should be with strict stop loss.

It looks like ‘The Bull is “Fatigued and Panting” in its journey to the top and Bear is with a great hope of “Celebrating Christmas” in profits. So, let us wait out side the ring and enjoy the “Fight”.

But, all depends on which ‘Rabbit’ The Magician (The RBI Governor) pulls out of his hat!

Watch the show with patience
